We are a full service design firm specializing in Architecture, Interior designing and Master Planning. We are influenced by the contemporary expression of design, minimalism, sustainability and simplicity. We are focused on the design quality and detailing, research based analytical process and purity of form.

We realize the planning is the key to deliver good design since we have learnt that good design is good business. our designs are highly methodical and all inclusive. We intend to develop, the designs that honors unique qualities of its own purpose and place, a design that responds to needs of client and end user in harmony with environment and economics.

About The Founder

Sameer, soon after receiving his architecture degree from respected Sir J.J. College of architecture pursued his professional career from renowned firm ‘Shirish Sukhatme & associates’ in Mumbai where he worked on wide range of residential and commercial projects. He developed conceptual designs, drawings, prepared construction documents and done site coordination in as many as 30 multi storied residential and commercial while his association with ‘Shirish sukhatme & associates’. At Sukhatme he headed a team who won architectural design competition held by municipal corporation of greater Mumbai for modernizing octroi check post at Mulund and Vashi which got 1st prize with remuneration of rs.1,00,000 and 2nd prize with remuneration of Rs. 50,000 respectively.

Sameer joined prestigious Savannah college of art & design, Savannah, Georgia, USA to pursue his master’s degree. He wrote several papers on urban economy, real estate law and financing. He did hid thesis research & design thesis on Sustainable Urbanism for which he won outstanding achievement award for excellence in thesis.

Sameer has many awards & achievement to his credit in his academic as well as professional career. He was selected in the panel of 14 students to have discussion with world renowned architect Frank O Gehry on form, space and architecture during his visit to Savannah. He joined a Brooklyn firm in , NYC, USA where he worked on numerous urban design & high-rise residential project in and around New York, USA.

Sameer is LEED accredited professional (LEED AP). He has sense of sustainable or green architecture.

After returning from united states Sameer joined tpa, the pioneer firm in architecture and interior design, where he learnt to visualize interior spaces white designing architectural built forms. He worked on various types of project from commercial to residential, high rise to high end single family apartments where micro detailing was given very much attention. Due to his hard work and design skills he was promoted to the position of associate in the company where he had to manage multiple projects across all types. His scope of work was to design ,detail, coordinate and supervise the various project where he got to handle high end clients.
